Fogelberg is the Associate Dean for Professional Programs and Associate Professor at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. 

Dr. Katherine Fogelberg's initial interest in veterinary medicine was ignited, not surprisingly after witnessing a castration procedure. During this conversation we discuss Dr. Fogelberg's journey through music, the army, teaching, and ultimately back to the interest that started it all: veterinary medicine. 

It's not every day that you talk to a Dean of a veterinary college that has experience shaping a curriculum for medicine on the battlefield. Although, maybe not so far fetched...
